The best way to find out how we can help is to spend time one-on-one. We’ll come to your workplace, meet in a café or have a Skype session at a time that suits. Tell us what’s not working with your current processes, what kind of support you need and where your concerns lie. We’ll listen very carefully. There’s no cost and no obligation…and we’ll even buy the coffee and muffins.

Based on what you told us, we’ll put together a proposal and email it to you within five working days. Over one or two pages we’ll outline the mix of outsourced services and consultancy that best match your requirements. All options and price points will be clearly explained. Your proposal will spell out the implementation stages and explain how our services fit into your business.

Once you’ve had time to digest the proposal, we’ll arrange a second meeting. Let us know any questions and tell us what you’d like to do next. Together we’ll set out the scope of the task and agree any costs up front. It will be a fully transparent process, and nothing happens until you’re ready to go.

Now you’ve engaged our services we’ll spring into action and deliver what we promised. There will be a three-month bedding-in and training process, to make sure your systems are set-up the way you want them, and your people are up to speed. This is all included as part of our service.

After the set-up and training period, your new systems will be ticking over. Monthly accounts, bank reconciliations, GST payments, management reports and catch-ups will happen as scheduled. It’s a totally transparent service, running month to month for an agreed fee.
